🕒 সময়সীমা
ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে Exchange/Refund এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
👀 চেক করার নিয়ম
ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে প্রোডাক্ট ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিন।
↩️ সাথে সাথে রিটার্ন
প্রোডাক্ট পছন্দ না হলে ডেলিভারির সময় সরাসরি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
💰 রিটার্ন চার্জ
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৮০ টাকা
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা
📦 কুরিয়ার খরচ
- Exchange/Refund এর ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।
- ভুল/ডিফেক্ট প্রোডাক্ট হলে ডেলিভারির সাথে সাথেই জানাতে হবে — সেক্ষেত্রে চার্জ আমরা বহন করব।
📦 প্রোডাক্টের অবস্থা
Exchange/Refund এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অক্ষত (intact), ব্যবহারবিহীন এবং সম্পূর্ণ প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।
🚚 প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত পাঠানো
Exchange/Refund এর জন্য কুরিয়ার বা অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে আমাদের অফিস ঠিকানায় প্রোডাক্ট পাঠাতে হবে।

Request Exchange/Refund within 24 hours of delivery.
👀 Inspection
Please inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel.
↩️ Instant Return
If not satisfied, you may return at the time of delivery.
💰 Return Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳150
📦 Courier Cost
- Courier charges must be borne by the customer for Exchange/Refund.
- If the item is wrong/defective and reported immediately on delivery — we will bear the charges.
📦 Item Condition
Item must be intact, unused, and include complete packaging.
🚚 Returning Product
Send via courier or suitable method to our office address.
