24-Hour Window

Please report any issues regarding the product within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and fully intact with all original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your invoice or digital order number ready for quick verification.

Check Before You Pay

Check your product with the rider. If unsatisfied, return it immediately.

Please note that the standard delivery charge still applies.

Delivery Charge (Inside Dhaka) Tk 80/-
Delivery Charge (Outside Dhaka) Tk 150/-
⚠️ Please keep in mind: If you initiate a return after the rider has left, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

How It Works

Request a Return

Contact our support team via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Email with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Pack & Ship

You have flexible options: you can send the product to our office via courier, visit us in person, or if that's not possible, we can arrange a pickup for you.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
