Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to most locations across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier service availability.
Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped or delivered, except in cases where we cancel the order from our side.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed during our working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 11 AM – 7 PM.
- Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time are usually processed within 24–48 working hours.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after hours will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, political situations, or other unforeseen events.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for most locations within Bangladesh.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
- Advance Tk 120/- is needed for Outside Dhaka
- For certain high-value orders, our team may request an advance payment for order confirmation via WhatsApp/phone.
Order Confirmation
- After you place an order, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm details.
- If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may only be accepted before the order is dispatched to the courier.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
- If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt re-delivery or contact you directly.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated refusal to receive the parcel, shipping charges may still apply.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team with your Order ID for assistance.
International Shipping
At the moment, we are delivering within Bangladesh only through our local channels. For any future updates on international shipping, please follow our official pages or contact us directly.

শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি পলিসি
বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে নিরাপদ ও নির্ভরযোগ্য ডেলিভারি।
ডেলিভারি কভারেজ
আমরা বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের অধিকাংশ স্থানে বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দেই। দুর্গম বা দূরবর্তী এলাকায় কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

অর্ডার একবার শিপ বা ডেলিভার্ড হয়ে গেলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় (আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল না হলে)।
অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়
- আমাদের কাজের সময়: শনিবার থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার, সকাল ১১টা – সন্ধ্যা ৭টা।
- কনফার্ম হওয়া অর্ডার সাধারণত ২৪–৪৮ ওয়ার্কিং আওয়ারের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয়।
- উইকএন্ড, সরকারি ছুটি বা কাজের সময়ের বাইরে করা অর্ডার পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে প্রসেস করা হবে।
সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ডিসপ্যাচের পরে সাধারণত ১–৩ কর্মদিবস।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ডিসপ্যাচের পরে সাধারণত ২–৫ কর্মদিবস।
উপরের সময়সূচি আনুমানিক, পরিস্থিতি, কুরিয়ার দেরি, আবহাওয়া, রাজনৈতিক অবস্থা বা অন্য কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)
- বাংলাদেশের বেশিরভাগ স্থানের জন্য ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে।
- ডেলিভারির সময় সম্ভব হলে যতটা সম্ভব এক্সাক্ট এমাউন্ট প্রস্তুত রাখার অনুরোধ রইল।
- ঢাকার বাহি্রের ক্ষেত্র ১২০ টাকা অগ্রিম প্রদান করিতে হবে।
- কিছু হাই-ভ্যালু অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের টিম অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বা অতিরিক্ত কনফার্মেশন (WhatsApp/ফোন) চাইতে পারে।
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন
- অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের টিম ফোন বা WhatsApp এর মাধ্যমে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
- একাধিকবার চেষ্টা করার পরেও যদি আপনাকে পাওয়া না যায়, তাহলে অর্ডারটি দেরি হতে পারে বা বাতিল হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন
অর্ডার করার পর ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে হলে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন। অর্ডার কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করার আগে ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি দেরি বা ব্যর্থ হলে
- কুরিয়ার কখনও কখনও আপনাকে না পেলে পুনরায় ডেলিভারির চেষ্টা করতে পারে বা সরাসরি ফোন করতে পারে।
- ভুল ঠিকানা, বন্ধ বা অপ্রাপ্য ফোন নম্বর, অথবা বারবার পার্সেল রিসিভ করতে অস্বীকৃতির কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য থাকবে।
- আপনার অর্ডার অস্বাভাবিকভাবে বেশি দেরি হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার অর্ডার আইডি সহ আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং
বর্তমানে আমরা স্থানীয় চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশের ভেতরে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি। ভবিষ্যতে আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং চালু হলে আমাদের অফিসিয়াল পেজ বা ওয়েবসাইটে আপডেট জানানো হবে।
